What time does school begin?
Our school day begins at 8:00am. It is important that children arrive no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 8:15am. A parent or guardian must always walk each child to their classroom and sign each child in and make sure that a teacher is aware of your arrival.
What time does school end?
The school day ends at 2:30pm. All children must be picked up by 2:45pm. Always sign each child out and make a teacher aware that you are leaving with your child.
What if my child misses a day of school?
If your child is ill and cannot attend school, please bring a written excuse upon returning to school. Absences for illness, doctor or dentist appointments will be excused.
When should I keep my child home?
Your child may not come to school if they have a fever of 100°F or higher or if they have vomiting or diarrhea or if you feel your child is not well enough to participate in regular school activies.d
When can my child return to school after an illness?
Your child must be free from fever, diarrhea or vomiting without the aid of medication for 24 hours before returning to school. If your child is sent home from school with any of these symptoms, he or she may not return the following day.
